1. Why are massages important?

Massages should be considered to be one tool in your tool belt. It will not cure your problems but it sure will help! Along other tools, it can be great at maintaining nice, loose muscles so you can stay clear of injury. Even if you do not exercise regularly you are still prone to injury because of tight muscles!

2. What should I wear?

Wear clothes that you are comfortable in and that you can easily slip on and off.

If you are coming to a mobility session then you should wear clothes that can easily stretch and move around, ones that won’t get in the way of movement.

3. What is the difference between deep tissue & relaxation?

Deep tissue aims on reaching the deeper muscles in the body and so requires more pressure to do. It can be more uncomfortable but it is far more effective at getting out tension and knots. Relaxation uses much less pressure so you can relax easier and truly destress.

4. How to book an appointment?

The easiest way is to book through the app Booksy, once you’re on the app just search The Rehabilitation & Relaxation Center. This is the simplest way to book and provide the prepayment at the same time. If this is not a possibility then you are more than welcome to call or send an email to book. Just please be aware that the 50% non refundable deposit will still be required on the same day that the booking is made.
