#MobiliTEA is a movement created to get people moving as much as possible.

The idea:

  • Doing your daily mobility shouldn’t need to take more than 10 mins. The amount of time it takes for a cup of tea to cool down.

  • So, make your self a cuppa, set a timer for 10 mins and then when your time is up you’ll be feeling amazing from having done your mobility and from being able to drink the perfect temperature tea!
