Online Coaching
The R&R Center also offers online coaching for both strength work and mobility work.
Bespoke programmes written by someone who has experience in the gym, experience in competitive powerlifting and experience in knowing how the body can move and the bodies potential to move.
Programmes can be designed for in the gym or for at home sessions. Whatever fits you best.
The beauty of online coaching is the flexibility that comes with it. You choose when you fit in your sessions. You choose how many days a week.
Each week you will be sent a programme for 3/4/5 days a week, with this there will be space for you to write comments about how each session went. You will also be asked to film videos of some of your sessions so that feedback can be provided and it is the best way for your coach to adjust the programme as needed so you can reach your goals as effectively as possible!
We simplify what can be viewed as potentially complicated. We do all the thinking for you so all you have to do is do.

Strength Coaching
Are you looking to get stronger and build more muscle? Wanting to feel more confident about yourself at home and in the gym?
Then this is the programme for you.
With this programme you will receive strength based sessions that are completely personalised to you and your goals. Whether that be to hit 100kg on your squat or to be able to lift your bodyweight. We can get you there!
Mobility Coaching
Are you an athlete recovering from an injury? Or maybe you’re someone who wants to get ahead of the game? Perhaps your suffering from ongoing pain?
Either way, mobility coaching is all about increasing your bodies ability to flourish when put into certain positions. Building confidence in movements you thought were no longer possible.
We are here to help you recover in the right way and to make sure you move pain free with confidence!
Our bodies are made to move. Increasing your mobility in a progressive manner can leave you feeling strong, sturdy and secure, whether you’re squatting twice your bodyweight or just bending down to tie your shoelace. Neither of those movements should be approached with fear.
Mobility coaching provides you with movements that can be used as your daily movement or your warm up to training sessions.
